I love my Freebird Shaver. I’ve had it for a few years and it has been both dependable and an excellent shave. I’ve tried two other shavers before finding and loving the Freebird. The other two shavers I had were Remington and Pit Bull. They both had good reviews so my wife gave them to me as a gift and both lasted for a shave or two. I returned both and luckily saw an ad for Freebird. I am thankful for my Freebird shaver!

I wouldn’t do business with this company. They sign you up for blades after you buy the razor and you aren’t aware of this. Then in the middle of the night the charge you for new blades and take it out of your account. Then you email them and they say to late there already on the way. SHADY COMPANY !!!!!

Hi James, We’re sorry the Blade Refill order caught you by surprise. We understand how an unexpected charge and shipment can be frustrating. Our team has canceled your Blade Refill subscription, so there will be no future automatic refill orders or charges. Your most recent order had already entered the shipping process when you contacted us, which is why we weren’t able to stop it before it went out. If you don’t want to keep that order, just reply to our most recent email and we’ll help you get the return started. We appreciate the opportunity to get this taken care of for you.

Stay away. this is a subscrition scam, there is knowehere that they make you aware that after you sign up they continue to send you refill blades, and then want to charge you to send them back. As far as the product, I give it a 4, within the first week it started knicking me, so I called them and then they sent me a new blade out, not knowing that they had charged me. I dont recommend purchasing one of this unless you know what you are getting yourself into.

Hi Brian, We’re sorry for the experience you had, particularly around the Blade Refill shipments and charges you weren’t expecting. We understand how important it is for subscription details to feel clear when placing an order. We’re glad we were able to connect with you directly and get this resolved. We’ve issued a full refund for both Blade Refill charges, including the shipment you reported as not received, with no return or return shipping fee required. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, and we’ll be using it to continue improving the experience for our customers.

Wish I could give them no stars!! I ordered the freebird basic shaver and when going through check ou they offered to upgrade me from the "Flex series" to the "Flex series plus". I opted to order the docking station and the travel case. What I got charged for was both shavers and the 2 acessories which I did order. Then they started shipping me the blade refills which I did not order or was unaware of. I went online to their site which is hard to find any info on cancelling the subscription and to top it all off they say I don't have any orders with them even though I have an account?!? I have tried to call them, just was on hold, got a hold of someone who put me on hold and then my call was disconnected. Finally I had to dispute the charge with my debt card which is an issue and was told to cancel my card to get the charges stopped. I am filing a complaint with the BBB. And to top it all off the shaver is just OK. Nothing like their commercials, DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!

I was skeptical about Freebird women’s shavers since every electric shaver has been mediocre, but I was very pleasantly surprised how close of a shave it provided and how well it worked. I’m done shopping for electric shavers because I absolutely love my Freebird women’s shaver! Highly recommend it!

Didn’t know what to expect with the flexseries pro but once it arrived it surpassed all my expectations and instantly made me feel more confident. Im planning on purchasing a charging station and travel case. This is a staple in my hygiene routine moving forward.

Great company to deal with..... With all the companies selling basically the same item, I took a chance with Freebird. My experience with Freebird was excellent from beginning to end, and the product does what is advertised to do. I'm happy with everything I received and customer service is excellent. Rick Tabor
