I purchased the Freebird chargeable shaving kit. The kit is great. I shave my legs every few days. It is so much more convenient than having to use a regular razor. The refills come every two months. It is easy doing business with this company as the customer service is triple A. Everyone should buy this and enjoy.

Once they have your card information they will sign you up for a monthly subscription charging you $27 for replacement heads every month. This is how they truly make their money Beware, also the razor will snag hairs unless you pre shave first. There’s better options on the market research those first.

Hi Dante, Thank you for taking the time to share this, and I'm sorry the blade subscription caught you off guard. That's not the experience we want anyone to have. The Blade Refill Program is meant to be a convenience, and it should never feel like a surprise. We'd really like the chance to make this right, including taking a close look at any charges you didn't expect. If you email us at [email protected] with "Trustpilot" in the subject line and the email address on your order, I'll make sure our team handles it personally. On the snagging, that's not normal and usually points to something we can fix, so please mention it when you write in and we'll sort that out too.

I canceled order within 10 minutes of placing order and they refused to reverse charges! 5 months later they are still refusing to give me a refund after shaver was returned immediately. Worst customer service ever!! They only want your money!! Fraudulent company!!

Hi Tonna, You're right that we let you down here, and I'm sorry. Some of our replies over the past few months gave you conflicting information, and that made a frustrating situation worse. We've processed a full refund of $39.95 to your original payment method. Depending on your card issuer, it may take 5 to 10 business days to show on your statement. If anything still isn't right, please email us directly at [email protected].

A great razor for the price. I purchased the standard men's model, not the Pro. First, I had an issue with communication emails when ordering. Their customer service literally returned my email within minutes and provided me with all of the info I needed. The item arrived a few days ahead of the estimate. I typically use a much more expensive electric razor. I won't go into brand all that, only that it cost me about three and a half times what this Freebird razor did. With that razor, to get a close shave in some sections of my neck and chin, I have to apply a great deal of pressure and go over the same area several times. With the Freebird, I don't apply much pressure at all, and it shaves closely along my contours. This is great because I have sensitive skin, so I usually can't shave very often with my primary razor. I've only used this a few times thus far, on my face and neck and a little on my body. While my much more expensive razor seems more efficient with thicker hair and longer growths, this is truly exceptional on my face and neck - especially for the price. I prefer this over my other razor now because of this, and feel like I could shave every day now without dealing with raw skin or itchiness. So terrific first impressions. I think it's a steal at this price for my needs.
