Top notch customer service
Top notch customer service. Had thier razor for many years now. Never really tried Any of thier other products besides the pre-shave but everything they sell is great. I would highly recommend anything they sell.

Legal scam. Company lacks integrity... BEWARE!
Freebird sneaks a "blade refill" subscription in with your order (approx USD$50/month). Also, consider the quality of an electric shaver that needs to replace their blades changes monthly. Their product is no better than any other product in the market. Find a shaver that doesn't need a new blade every month and that doesn't sneak a subscription into your order!

I ordered my Freebird Pro series shaver…
I ordered my Freebird Pro series shaver and it arrived in a work week. The first shave proved very promising. Most videos provided are for their other razor (non-Pro). I noticed that no oil was provided in the kit. While, they do not have a dedicated phone line, they are quick to respond via email. It looks like a good purchase in many respects.
