First and foremost I received a recommendation from my Brother. With his recommendation I purchased my Freebird Razer and from the first time that I used it, it exceeded my expectations. The tracking information was very helpful and the follow up is more than expected. The total experience has been outstanding.

Automatic reoccurring charges... I may have missed this when purchasing but then I see charges hitting my Venmo and close to impossible to cancel or get a refund. When purchasing a product it should be clear they are signing you up for an ongoing subscription and its not at all clear and horrible process to get a refund or cancel. Went back online and it's shady how they automatically sign you up for an ongoing perscription.
