From order to delivery Freebird kept me informed all the way. They delivered on their promise and deserve the 5 star rating. The razor and all attachments are quality built. It replaced many other trimmers and electric razors for a great price.

Great product, my husband loves it!! He leaves his skin feeling refreshed. Also, when I do have to contact customer service, the service is excellent!

It's the best shaver ever above all the rest

My son is starting to shave and this seemed like a perfect starter kit. This was to be a one time purchase. Then I continued to get charged every other month. There is nothing showing on any device that I have a re-occurring shipment or payment. They make it very difficult to cancel as well. If you want a continued agreement, make it clear. This has been a joke.

I have nothing but great things to say about the Freebird Company. I use the Freebird Pro Shaver system. I have unusual hair growth (it grows against the skin instead of straight up and in different directions for different areas), It took some time to find the routine that works for me but it is great!. It is versatile with all the attachments. It is easy to use ( Take the time to find your grove everyone has different hair it will be worth it), it is easy to clean, it is skin safe I have had no nicks or snags using it for whole body, and the customer support is top notch! Thank you again for a wonderful experience.
