FreeBird Pro Purchase
FreeBird Pro Purchase: I was skeptical to place the order - but then I decided to just do it - it was a breeze - I made a mistake when I placed the order on a Saturday so I reached out to customer service via online chat - wow, they found my order, corrected it and gave me back a refund of $6 and change to reflect the new proper order - right then and there I felt very comfortable with my purchase of this product and the company behind it - once my new proper order was in place I was able to see everything in my online FreeBird shave portal and adjust my subscription frequency etc - easy peasy - my kit has just arrived and it’s all set to use - I have not used it yet but everything looks solid…..I see no issues! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Scam
My first order was ok got what I wanted it worked but took a while to get to me. Then without my permission they signed me up for a monthly subscription of $50 for things I really did not want. Never wrote a review in my life but this website is a scam. Avoid!

Been using Freebird for over a year
Been using Freebird for over a year. Was skeptical because of other brands I had purchased and was not happy with at all. When I saw Freebirds video, with no cut aways. I decided to give it a try. So glad I did. It gets so close to my scalp when shaving my head. Definitely worth the money! 1 0

If I need to cancel an order with freebird there are no issues with this process currently.
