The process to check out was too long. Glasses of sale were not the best looking.

Good experience in store however the lab did not meet my expectations they were very slow glasses were not delivered on time as promise.

Best service I’ve ever had while doing an eye exam and picking out frames. You can’t go wrong going to any location but the one in CedarHill was absolutely amazing!!! I’ve never seen clearer in glasses than I have now!!!

It says online you can get glasses the same day. That is only at certain locations I learned when I went in. The doctor is over a Skype call not in person. Was not informed of that prior to getting my prescription. I was called on Christmas Eve to come pick up my glasses as soon as I could. Only to find out they were never even open on Christmas Eve. 2 stars is generous

The staff was very helpful. The girl Ashton that assisted with eye exam was very sweet and helpful. It is a great place I recommend everyone to go that needs glasses. Prices are good also.

Went to Eyelab on 26th and Federal in Ft. Lauderdale. Never again. They had me waiting for 25 minutes, got the pre exam first and then waited while the people working there and the doctor were chatting and laughing among themselves. Finally I asked , how much longer? They wanted to do the pre exam first. I told them I already had that done! They looked at me and said where are the papers!! How would I know??? Terrible service! I said there are red flags everywhere! The lie about 2 pairs of glasses for 59.00. You people ignoring me and asking me where the papers were! I’m done! Walked out and they said , very sarcastically, have a nice day! I will tell everyone I know not to go there😐
