If I could give a zero star I would. My prescription was wrong. Brought them back and it has been almost 30 days to remake just one side of my glasses. I have been getting the run around. I have never had to wait almost 2 months for new glasses. They are going to try to make it by giving me a free pair of glasses but that still does not solve the headache of glasses!

Bad Bad service already going on two months been back 4 times for the to correct my eye glasses.when I get them back cant see out of them.unacceptable experience....Demanded my money back and the manger told me will have to do an other eye exam.Really!!!

Sent the wrong frame, said it would take 10 days to get the correct frame in, going on 2 weeks & still no call about my glasses.

Very helpful, accommodating and friendly.

The exam rooms were clean and the process was simple. The staff was kind and easy to speak with. I will continue to get my eye exams here.

In order for me to read I have to lift my head.
