1 star: Bad Your review This company whose real name is Stanton eyewear is a schlock joke company. The eyewear they sell is chinese crap the lenses they make are made of dirt cheap materials. Stanton/my eyelab took my money on a 2 for 1 deal.The indoor clear pair got wet with rainwater and the film spotted up never to come out. The sunglasses they took my money for broke I had their warranty but the lame clerks they hire for $10hr replaced my glasses with the wrong frames and tint and the fool they had working there had the nerve to ask me if I would accept them! Do yourself a favor go to a real optician pay a little more and get quality eye car..

I wish I had read these review before I went this is not the place to go from service to product Will never make this mistake again . I got them today . And went else where and order new ones again . I will make sure I tell every one I see

I will never go back to My Eyelab ever. How impersonal is an eye exam over closed-circuit tv? Horrible service in the store ordered glasses over 3 weeks ago. One pair came in. The other is yet to. Today I have called the store twice and due to poor service, I still do not have an answer as to if they are there or not. And the automative system does not recognize my phone number ever, so I have to call the store and be transferred to different lines in the same building only to be told they still are not in yet. Update just finished online chatting with a store rep who nows tells me it will be next Tuesday (11/19) before the other pair is ready. I place my original order 10/25 Amazing! Oh did I mention the two pairs cost me 427.00?

This review is about the Morrow, Ga location. The initial experience was good however the coating on my glasses came off within a year. I had insurance but it was out for a couple of days. I have never had any coating to come off my previous glasses on the past 20 years. I had to pay 59.00 to get the problem resolved. Waiting on glasses to come in. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY CONSUMER. BAD BUSINESS MODELS

Highly disappointed is an understatement. They lure you in with the 2 for $59 but after the virtual eye exam oddly enough I didn't qualify for the special. So after all was said and done even with the so called discounts, I ended up spending close to $350. I should have just walked away and cut my losses. I was also never contacted to pick up my glasses either. Definitely would not recommend nor will I be a returning customer. Total rip off!

I am pleased with the service I received during my eye test on 10/26/19 at the Kendall location. Oliva, Ashley and Flora helped me throughout the process and I can only say THANK YOU for all you do! Ana Marill
