OKC MacArthur location! I WAS GOING TO BE A customer! But this place just lost my business! 1) Business was NOT OPENED ON TIME, there was a group on their phones and talking. 3 people total waiting outside past 10am. At 10:10 I knocked on the window to get there attention, when opened no apologies nor explanations for the wait! When asked what time they opened I was given 10am. No ONE GREETING just straight to are you picking up or exam. 2) They didn’t ask about appointment times, just took the group of 3 back I had to ask if she was going to ask about an appointment.... then she said yes what did you guys make an appointment? We provided times... as I was about to sign in the lady RUDELY ASKED TAKING A DEEP BREATHE glasses or contacts I then marked a line through the area letting her know she was rude. She was rude to the person before me as well, customer service should be important! However, the employees at this location should not represent your business brand! 3) I called to ask what was the issue and the lady was Rude and said we did not open on time because we were busy... I responded well explain that to people, I told her I wanted to cancel properly and she said ok well you can cancel... WHAT KIND OF CRUDE people don’t say well ma’am we’d love to keep your business I’m sorry for the inconvenience we may have caused... no instead your employee decided to say ok you can just cancel it is okay.. 4) HORRIBLE!

Myeyelab is a rip off DON"T GO ! This is my review I left on yelp and their web page. RIP OFF ! Made appointment online arrived on time was sent to a waiting area and was called up to a desk with a lady behind a computer she asked me a few questions including do you have insurance I answered yes. She handed me a note pad and a form to fill out. I was then ushered to a eye exam room where you are introduce to a doctor on a computer screen on the wall in-front of you. After she tells you what to do they then print out your examination and tell you to find the frames you want that are hanging on the walls. Another tech meets with you and puts the information in a computer and shows you the cost, $674.00 for 2 pairs of glasses. I asked her what about my insurance she says your insurance is out of network and will not pay for this. I responded, So why wasn't I told this when I filled out the papers in the beginning? She said, she didn't know why. I told her I would not buy anything from them they are a rip off. I paid the $25.00 for the exam and left. WARNING this company is a rip off make sure if you are using insurance they accept it before you get the exam. But even if they don't why would you pay $674.00 for glasses when they state 2 pairs for 59.95?

I would not recommend this place to anybody, first of all most of the staff is very rude and unprofessional, don't greet the customers, went there for the special on glasses which was suppose to be 2 pair for 99.00, so not true, everybody trying on frames and nobody there cleans them afterwards they just put them back on the rack, store wasn't to clean , no social distance. Some of the staff sits down and talks about the customers to one another, so i wouldn't recommend the store on North freeway in houston at all, this was my first time going there is is definitely my last their service is very pitiful and sad.again do not go there.

The WORST! If you want crappy frames, poor customer support or none at all and wait times over 3 months (they advertise 2 weeks) then go there. Bought 2 pairs and only one showed up. Incorrect lens 7 times!

I will NEVER shop here. The owner is a douche bag. No refunds given cause you already ordered the glasses. I call it crap I've been waiting for over a month for my glasses why because the lab messed up on them. Stay away people.

Everything was a big lie from 2 pairs for 59.00 turned into 720$ incredible waist of time

If I could leave negative stars I would. This place is a scam. The glasses I ordered are NOT the glasses I got. And paid for them to be thinned out but of course they are not. The workers are so lazy and it shows that they hate they’re job. They say they have a promotion going on but yet when it’s time to buy the 2 pairs for 59.99 your total comes out to 600 and something. Obviously I didn’t do that. But my glasses were on the verge of breaking and I need a quick pair. So I only got one. Do not use this place !

I had to return no less than 8 times to get my prescription correct. Impossible to reach store directly, you get redirected to Stanton Optical (the lab off premises) so you can't contact anyone you actually worked with. Cheapest frames at designer prices, and the material used for their lenses seems substandard and distorted. I went there because of the TV ads that led me to believe it was THE bargain eyeglass spot but I ended up paying over $500 (with 2 for 1 discount!) for 2 pairs of progressives and NOT designer frames. Added to that was all the time & frustration of going back to the store for a month till they got the prescription or positioning right. I had my own ophthalmologist check the first pair they gave me and he said it was incorrect in 5 different places. I learned the hard way so proceed at your own risk! Two stars because their personnel are friendly and try hard, but they're understaffed and overpriced.
