This people like to rip people off. The service is horrible. Store was dirty. Not social distance at all. Everyone were touching the frames and trying them on and then nobody clean them. The price they offer is a lie. A pair off glasses 500 dollars and not even a good brands stay away from this place

A total waste of time and money. The exam is done remotely by a incompetent technician without proper credentials. The glasses I got are useless, only work at a very specific distance, if I move a tiny bit closer or farther it gets blurry. The cheaters from Walmart work a LOT better. This company is a joke and a fraud. Don't waste your money here.

The service and care was impeccable. Iza was so caring and helpful. I have never received eye care service this good. She made sure that I left very satisfied. This is now my go to eye glasses service. Mabean gave Iza the help that she needed in order to make sure that I was satisfied. Although John was not needed to service me I watched how he made sure that the other customers were just as satisfied. The prices are amazing. I would recommend others to get glasses at that location. The location is in Orlando Fla.

I am giving them one star because zero is not allowed. They messed up with my prescription and after I went there to let them know, they said they will remake my glasses. It took more than 3 more month. I experienced headaches and nausea because I had to use glasses with the wrong prescription. Disappointing. Not coming back there.

I would not use them again! Customer service was good when I bought my glasses so I gave them a two. My sunglasses broke before my year was up but I didn't get in since it was Xmas time. The Lewisville Mgr said since they didn't make the same ones she couldn't replace them. That was my only option since I was 3 days passed my warranty. Not my pick up date,, my purchase date! It finally got so ridiculous I gave up! My glasses are now 15 months old and I stopped by today. The nose pieces were hard and brown so I asked them to be replaced. The young man took them and returned a few minutes later. He had put much bigger ones on them and asked if they were OK. Sure, they didn't show. Oh and sorry I forgot to tell you it will be $3.00. I've been wearing glasses 30 years and have never been charged for new nose pieces. Especially since they went bad and so soon. Very disappointed in the lack of Customer concern and I will never use them again!

I read the reviews and anyway decided to go. Nice people but a tricky process. Different prices when you call vs at the store. In the end, they wanted me to sign a paper avoiding responsibility. I had a bad experience and I lost my time. The exam is with machines and someone virtual. I will repeat my exam to make sure about my eyes health

Service was great. Came back for an Rx change and Kinshara was helpful and informative about lens and frame selection. Will return in the future and recommend others to visit the League City location.
