I have problem with one of my Len even though my glasses is still under warranty i was told that i needed to pay an extra $230 i paid $729 out of my pocket

This place is a rip off. I took my daughter in for an exam. I first had to pay 95.00 up front and it would be deduct from the total but it really wasn't. Because my daughter had a higher than 2 prescription it was an extra charge for the service and the lenses with the cheap 20.00 frames it ended up costing over 200.00 dollars. The staff was very unprofessional and borderline rude. I had the paper from first quote and the person accurately went to ask the first person if that was the price he quoted.Prices changed from the consultation to end of the line. They do not take in account that the glasses are for a child under 16. I will never go there again and tell anyone to run the other way. Walmart has a better pricing and the glasses look less cheap for cheap glasses. I went to the store in mesquite Texas. Don't go there.

This company is not worth the outragious cost it is for 2 pair of glasses. I feel like i wasted my money on crap. My next trip will be to an actual eye doctor who gives a crap. Maybe i will get proper exams and proper glasses that dont cost a frikin fortune. I mean seriously plastic glasses with green tints to them, and dont even fit my head. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

This place is absolute awful. I usually go to America’s best but they had no appointments. I went to eyelab last week. The wait time was very short. I did not like the virtual eye exam. I have been wearing glasses for 15 years. My left eye has always been worse. I got my prescription and both eyes were the same. Also the prescription was missing numbers. I decided that I would get glasses from eyelab. I picked out some glasses and before I went to pay, I asked if my PD (pupil distance)would be taken. The response was no. That makes no sense. How would I get glasses without a PD. I decided not to get the glasses. I tried to take my prescription to America’s best and they said it wasn’t even a valid prescription. Like I said, it was missing numbers. What a waste of time and money. And on top of the, the workers were rude when I asked if they would take my PD. I will never return!

I REALLY WISH I COULD LEAVE A -1🚫🚫🚫. I WENT IN AND WANTED A CONTACT PRESCRIPTION. THEY LEFT ME WAITING N THE LOBBY & FORGOT ME. THEN GAVE ME A EYEGLASS PRESCRIPTION THAT WAS INCORRECT?? BE WARNED YOU DO NOT SEE A ACTUAL DOCTOR IN PERSON. IT'S ALL BY ZOOM ON TV SCREEN. LOL I PD $89 AND GOT NOTHING BUT NON PROFESSIONAL FEEDBACK. NO REFUND $89 WASTED. THE MANAGER KENNETH ON I -240 WAS VERY ARGUEMENTIVE & SAID NO REFUND!! DO NOT GO THERE!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!🚫❌🚫❌A 💯💯RIP OFF. I TURNED THEM INTO BBB TO POST ANOTHER BAD REVIEW

This is the worst place ever. I took my daughter to get her eye exam and prescription contacts, after a week of having her trial pairs on, she developed some type of eye infection. When I called to speak to an optometrist, The receptionist said one will be in the following day. So I take her back and this random lady looked at her eye from 4 feet away and said “it’s allergies. Use eye drops and it’ll be fine.” 1 week later, her eye isn’t any better so we go back and demanded to see their optometrist.. she said there was only one for the entire metroplex and the next appointment is a month away. So her suggestion is to go elsewhere to see “an actual doctor” ... WHAT THE FK DO YOU MEAN AN ACTUAL DOCTOR?!? WHO EXAMINED MY DAUGHTER’S EYE?!?
