walking no appointment, had the store alone and found frames right off. Price was high for no name frames, asked discount and got $50.00 off. Still to high for a no name, should search on line for price by frame number. My eye lab offered online $99.50 off online and did offer to me. As a customer my satisfaction is important. There are more options local just look.

Scariest eye exam experience ever. Read all the reviews and lawsuits against Staton Opticals ( My Eyelab is one of Daniel Stanton's retail brands). They lied when I set my appointment up that they took my insurance (EyeMed), I asked for her to tell me about My Eyelab and was never told it would be a telemed exam. Earlier in the day the young exam tech called and asked if I could come in earlier because they shut the virtual tech down before my scheduled 6:45 PM appointment, so why make me a 6:45 appointment? He said appointment setters have no idea what the stores do or mislead people by saying they take our insurance to get us there. I would never have ever come to My Eyelab had I known it was all going to be out of pocket (I pay for insurance for a reason). At the eye exam the tech makes you register on a tablet and asks for your SS# and insurance but they don't take our insurance...scam #1. He tells me I would have to pay $45 if I did not buy any frames so it's not a FREE eye exam only w/purchase...scam #2. They take you in a room to do your eye exam with a virtual/telemed eye tech I don't even know if they're an optometrist...scam #3. I wait for my lens RX to be sign-off by the cyber/telemed eye tech and then I see my RX prescription is off from the exam I last had 11/21/2020...scam #4. The people on staff were as unprofessional as they come, Zetta especially made many off-cuff comments, calling me "Baby" vs by my given name, and contradicted herself numerous times. Zetta (fitting tech) kept saying you'll get some money back when you file a claim but you're out the money upfront if you don't. She quoted all different prices on the lens and upgrades and said I don't know what the true costs are but whatever your insurance charges you is what you'll pay (price gouging at it's finest)...scam #5. So while reviewing costs with Zetta we decided to pay for my eye exam, cut our losses, not waste more time, and got the hell out as fast as possible. This by far was the scariest, most unprofessional experience at an eye office we have ever experienced. Our eyes are very important and in good faith I could never trust this establishment with my vision. Especially the Barrett Pkwy location in Kennesaw, GA. Parting words from Zetta (who kept calling me Baby) is if you come back I'll give you credit for your eye exam. Thanks but no thanks...we will never be back! Both my husband and I were very disappointed and stunned with the whole experience and with such unprofessional people/establishment who really did not care about anyone's well-being, but more on just making a sale. Good luck and enter at your own risk!

I came into My Eye Lab in Hinesville, ga on May 4th, 2021. I was told 7-10 business days for my glasses came. It is now June 4th and they keep extending my date of when my glasses would come in. I call customer service and no one wants to explain why they are not here. I finally go to store here in hinesville, and the lady that spoke with me was very rude and gave me no information or reason except they can't control ups. This is not servicing your customers. I deserve to know what's going on with the glasses I have already paid half of at 300.00 something dollars. Not only have they withheld any information on my glasses, the lady on store was not patient and treated me like I was nothing to her. What happened to the customer service? I am leaving store in tears after being so rudely treated. Cherie bland

Worst experience ever getting eyeglasses! When the first pair came back the script was totally wrong! I had two more pair coming with the same problem. After reading all the negative reviews I knew this was just the start of a terrible saga! So, I canceled the transaction on my credit card and got out of there as fast as possible! Just FYI the Firewheel location was where this whole messed happened. I’m really not sure the people there know what their doing!

Went to My Eyelab today in the Lauderhill,FL store and my wonderful associate who helped me by the name of LAURA, was awesome, made me feel very comfortable, very professional. Ive been to other optical places before but My Eyelab is the best by far and Laura thank you. Cant wait to pick up my glasses. I will definitely refer my friends and family to My Eyelab. I am very pleased.

This review is for My Eyelab in Cedar Park, Texas. Wow! This place is awesome! I have been to many many optometrists and opticians before but this one is by far the best one. Not only do they have great deals and extremely reasonable prices but the entire staff is very friendly. The manager Marcos deserves special recognition however. His customer service is amazing and he really cares about his customers. Do yourself a favor and go here. You will be so glad you did. If you go please give them my name and say that I referred you. I went to rivercity eye lab. Got the special they had 99dollar contacts and 50percent off glasses almost 400 dollars later. Couldn't get my contacts right. It's been over a month finally got contacts a little better. I go to order my 6months contacts that was suppose to be included in the price I already paid and now they want to charge me 320 dollars more. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. This isn't over with yet. I want my contacts that I paid for. And the workers are rude
