It was hard to trust anyone would create a doll that looks just like my wife and I. But you guys blew our expectations out of the water. All our friends and family love and keep asking where we had it made . I was a bit upset about the lead time but once I received it I see why this company takes their time considering the quality. Thanks for a gift that was different than anything else.

Took WAY longer then should have. It took 4 weeks! My mom did say it was adorable and in good quality.

Have been trying to get a hold of this business for a few days now. Email, online chat, voicemail, nothing. Forget the 7 business days promise, they immediately pushed it back 2-3 more days, and has been an additional week beyond that timeframe. No notifications, shipping tracker, updates, nothing. Could have done it locally in faster time. Can’t wait to try and get my money back.

When I opened the package, which I was excited about receiving them, I was in complete awe!! Both dolls looked like my Grandmas ❤️ When my husband seen them, he started to cry, which in turn brought me to tears. They were gifts for my parents, they absolutely loved them, so I thank you!!!!

Not worth the price. Picture was extremely disappointing and cheap.

I ordered 2 dolls for my granddaughters when their Grandpa passed away and they are amazing! Exceeded my expectations. I will order again for sure!

I paid extra for unlimited edits BUT they have other “policies” that contradict this and your edits are indeed limited. Its a shady practice.

My doll was misplaced before shipping and didn't arrive for Mothers Day.
