I paid 80 usd for a total scam. That doll didn’t even look like the photo I sent. They don’t give return or anything. Don’t buy

I purchased an 8” version of the memorial doll with halo and angel wings for my partner who sadly lost her sister suddenly in January. I uploaded about 5 or 6 different photos, and wrote down my specifications, with very specific details, of which picture to use JUST for the card, and to include a cheek piercing and chest piercing on the doll like in the photos. I had seen a review about a doll with a prosthetic leg so I thought two tiny little dot piercings (that could even have been added with a pen or something) would be a piece of cake. I received the doll and it had NONE of my specifications included. I contacted MyDollFy and they responded by saying they couldn’t do them. They didn’t even bother to notify me of that before dispatching or anything so that I could change it or whatever. They just sent it out and basically had the attitude of “tough luck”. I complained to them about this and then they BLOCKED ME!! I could no longer get through to them. Even though their policy is no return, but a replacement would be sent if not 100% happy. So where is my corrected replacement?! Because I am not even 50% happy. This doll could be literally anyone! Extremely disappointed and a complete waste of nearly £80. I do not recommend this place at all. They never got back to me to offer me a replacement or anything, just blocked me and now I have never been able to get through since. I then posted this review to their website, which they did not even allow to be posted so obviously the reviews on there are very filtered! But after trying to post my review, they then finally responded to me yesterday, to say that they could not give me a refund but would give me 50% off the price of a replacement doll!!! I am not going to spend MORE MONEY for them to fix their mistakes that they even admitted to! You may as well literally go and withdraw £80 from the cash machine and flush it down the toilet instead of purchasing from this company. NOT HAPPY. AVOID.

I placed my order for my pregnant daughter and was contacted that if I also wanted a baby and blanket it would be another $30. I paid it. About two weeks later, I got an email that it was shipped. Tracking showed it was in Texas. A week later I contacted them asking why it was still in Texas and got a reply that the item was returned to them and they would have to re-clear it. I'm still waiting and getting a runaround...telling me to check with USPS, where it is still showing it's in Texas. I'll be surprised if it ever arrives, and just lost $130.

I do not recommend at all. Almost 2 months and my order has not been shipped. They sentme tracking and when I check it it only says label curated. They have not shipped my order and every time I email them about it I get this genetic answer "It appears that there has been an unexpected delay in the shipping process, which might be due to an overload of orders. Unfortunately, we do not have specific details on why your order has not been shipped yet.". Horrible customer service. Many reviews like it. I wish I would have knows and did my research before trusting this company.
