I wish I could give this company less than one star. I am expecting my first baby and after doing much research I decided to order a custom Mobile from my dollfy. I ordered it and paid over $200 in May and have gotten nothing but set back after set back. First they “lost my photos” without telling me I had waited a month and that was the response I got when I reached out. And then after another month I reached out for progress and all they would give me is an automated response which is all I’ve gotten ever since. My order finally, three months later says sent which took weeks to get a tracking code for and now is saying “error delivering order”. This company is meant to be for expecting parents and people who want to commemorate their lost ones and for this company to benefit and scam these people is just disgusting! I am reaching out to BBB about them but I just wanted to put out a warning in case anyone else falls for their dishonesty!

Horrible cheap product. Doesn’t look like my dog at all and they did nothing to help me out.

I ordered a mobile and sent in photos of my two dogs. One is a small white and tan dog and the other is a large black dog. I have a very strong feeling that the person who created my mobile originally forgot to include the larger dog because she looks absolutely ridiculous. The small dog is huge and right in the middle of the “moon” while the black dog is tiny and just kind of hangs off the side of the “moon.” The “moon” itself just looks like a blob because you can’t tell what it is with the dog on it. I would have appreciated if they reached out to me to explain what happened rather than slapping the poor dog on. I think we may end up cutting the dogs off and just using the hearts and clouds.

This company is very deceptive & the customer service is horrible. I purchased 2 mobiles each with our now deceased dogs. I pd for TWO unlimited preview/edit packages. Every day I checked my inbox for the previews. While there were no previews, there was a never ending bombardment of emails suggesting I purchase other items. Then I got an email saying my orders were in transit. How? I had yet to see the previews to make the possible edits I paid for! I emailed Dollfy and was told to check my SPAM. There it was, in junk mail, explaining that I had 24 hours to request edits or they would ASSUME I was happy & mail the products. Nowhere in the “preview/edit” option did they mention the 24 hour restriction. It’s just an unfair money grab. I’m not a psychic so I couldn’t possibly predict that the ONE Dollfy email I was waiting on went to SPAM when all others went to the inbox. I’ve tried to get my preview money back but they refuse. The customer service is horrendous. To make matters worse, the dolls are all wrong. Both were to have Angel halo & wings but only one got it. I pd for both. Now it looks like I loved one dog and he went to heaven, the other guy…well he’s got no wings, so…. Besides that, they gave floppy ears to my erect eared dog. The half moons they are sitting on look nothing like the samples, they look like blobs. As of yet I’ve received nothing. I’m told they have shipped, but there’s no tracking number. I would give zero stars if I could.

Super happy with the result

We ordered a mobile and get a totally different mobile. They do not want to send us the money back. We paid almost 130€ and they told us that the ordered version has not achieved the quality standards. Therefore they send us a different one. But the customer has to be informed about this BEFORE. This is not acceptable and a fraud. Besides this they already have the pictures with this product on their website and sell it there.

Website promises "Final Doll Ready in 5-7 Days" so I purchased an anniversary gift 37 days in advance, thinking it would arrive well in advance - it did not. So no anniversary gift to give to my wife. Support took days to respond to any messages. Everything is constant delay tactics - just wait a few more days and we'll be finished - just wait a few more days and we'll be shipping. But they just constantly fail to meet any of the deadlines. Avoid using this website for anything important. This has been a massive let down and left me extremely disappointed.
