Horrible I ordered unlimited reviews and rush order and got neither I have not seen the product they shipped even though I asked for changes and I asked to cancel as the order was too late to be the gift it was intended to be ignored my every request every step of the way and shipped six weeks later without permission and are trying to Bully me into accepting a refund of the rush charge when I asked for a refund well before it was completed Do not order through this company No customer service

I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. I ordered a custom keychain in memory of my recently deceased cat because the photos in the company’s advertisements looked incredibly realistic. I even paid an additional $20 to review the artwork beforehand (total of $80). Unfortunately, what I received for approval looked nothing like the quality advertised. I would rate the resemblance and quality at about 2/10 compared with what was promised in the advertising. I understand that this is handmade/custom artwork and I was never expecting absolute perfection. My issue is that the company appears to advertise highly realistic images that do not accurately represent the quality of the actual work customers receive. If those promotional images are AI-generated or otherwise not examples of actual finished products, that should be made very clear. Customers should be shown real examples of what the artists can actually produce. I raised my concerns at least three times and repeatedly asked for a refund, but instead of addressing the discrepancy between the advertised product and what I received, I was continually told that a refund was not available and asked what else they could do. Wow. $80 out of the window just like that. This was particularly upsetting because the item was meant to memorialize my cat. I would not have placed the order or paid the additional artwork-review fee had the advertising accurately reflected the product quality I could expect. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from this company.

The items they have advertised is not what you’ll receive. I ordered a tote bundle with keychain and they forget to send me the tote. Once I finally got the tote. It’s not the same product shown in pictures.

Not great! I ordered a bag that looks nothing like my dog and it's not the bag I ordered. I ordered a bag with blue handles, it came with white handles. They put brown coloring in the face and the dog has zero brown in his face. I never received the keychain that goes with the bag. Takes forever to receive this order. I was not happy with this company at all!

I would not recommend this company at all. I had went back and forth multiple times not sure if I would take the chance or not. But I did and I unfortunately regret it 😕 . The company wont make it right and unfortunately my products dont look like they should nor do they have the "extras" that a paid for. I had asked them not to attach the wings or halo to my "doll" multiple times but to just simply put them in the box and i would attach them on my own. But they ended up attaching them anyways. So when I got the pictures of "review" I had to have them correct it. Than they sent new pictures with glue all over the "doll" and I had brought that up to them and the reassured me that it would not be on there when I receive my "dolls". Once i got my dolls there was glue all over them still and they wanted to tell me "We sincerely apologize for this issue. We had instructed our artisan to remove the glue residue before shipping the doll. However, it is possible that during the packaging and handling process, that area became prone to attracting dust or dirt". I also paid for special customs to the both "doll" shoes and it only got put on one doll shoes. Also add it was with a sharpie/marker i probably could have done better Also both of my "dolls" look COMPLETELY different. The one that looks half way okay has glue all over it and the other one that is supposed to look exactly the same has different size ears(not even/huge), ears that are falling off, missing customizations, poor quality. Stitching coming apart hot glue everywhere. I also had to wait extra long for my products and they told me they were in-between employees..fine...thats okay. But what's not okay in poor quality and two identical products looking completely different. Them refusing to fix their mistakes. And than refusing to contact you back.

I ordered a nursery mobile for a new grandchild which incorporated crocheted images of two of the family’s beloved pets. I did pay extra to review and approve the images before they were sent, which was beneficial since it took several revisions to make them look accurate. The pets are adorable, but the rest of the product is complete crap. The crocheted moon and stars are wonky and made from cheap yarn and the wooden hanger arrived badly dented and dirty. There was obviously no quality control inspection of the product prior to shipping. The music box is a joke - made completely of plastic even though it was represented as wood and was priced accordingly. At $294 this was a complete rip off. Buyer beware and don’t make the mistake I made ordering from this company!! Edited to respond to their reply: I did email them about this issue prior to posting this review and received the same bot-like reply apologizing for the problem and promising to pass the info on to their artisans and quality control team. There was no offer to fix any of my issues. Still very disappointed.

I ordered a mobile on May 8th. I emailed 3 separate times and wrote them a DM on Instagram asking when I will receive my preview of my mobile that I paid $19.95 for and NEVER RECEIVED. Now I’ve received an email today (June 17th) letting me know my order has shipped without ever being able to change how the dogs will look on the mobile or preview them. Why offer and charge for a service if you’re not actually going to provide it? I expect to at the minimum receive my refund for the preview and some money back for the very poor customer service experience. I hope the mobile turned out how I wanted when it arrives otherwise I’ll be seeking further action for how unhappy I am. Zero customer service and so far would not recommend this company to anyone else as they’re just looking for extra money. Very unsatisfied customer.

After waiting on those for over two months (almost 3) the doll finally arrived at the house. I gave them a picture of my wife’s dog, which happens to be a Pug. The doll they sent legitimately looked like a poodle they got off the shelf at Wal-Mart. Nothing and I means NOTHING about this experience was worth the money or hassle. The doll looks nothing like her dog with the exception they are both black, beyond that NOTHING alike. This has been one of the worst gifts I ever purchased for her and absolutely made me look like an idiot for getting for her birthday. Keep in mind her bday was also 2 months ago, so this gift didn’t come remotely in time either. Steer clear folks!
