Additionally, our policy also notes that during busy seasonal periods such as Christmas, production and delivery times may extend beyond the standard timeline due to a high volume of orders. We also clearly state in our policy that: Cut-off dates are publicly shown on our website We do not guarantee on-time arrival for orders placed after cut-off dates We are not responsible for delays caused by seasonal demand once cut-off dates have passed That said, we completely understand how disappointing it can be when an order intended as a Christmas gift arrives later than hoped. Your feedback regarding advertising clarity is valuable, and we are actively reviewing how we communicate timelines in our promotions to ensure expectations are as clear and transparent as possible before customers place an order.
