Slow production! Terrible customer service. Was promised a discount because of the slow production and delay in shipment and I never received it. Purchased editing at additional cost, but edit not done. Contacted customer service got no response. Received doll and it start to unravel two days later. Email customers service got no response today this day. Don’t recommend!!

Sent in pictures of a golden retriever for a mobile. Didn’t think the extra money to review product before shipment would be necessary based on their ads. What came looked like a 20 year old shitzu and dingo had a baby in crochet form. I sent feedback and they said I could pay another $100 for another one…

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and paid almost $200 for a mobile. Tried to get in touch as I didn’t get a confirmation email. Hopefully they will respond but their customer service number doesn’t work. Hoping they are not a sham. Jeez.

The blending of the end of the sleeves were very noticeable. I wish the sweater could have just been removable honestly.

Unable to make contact with the company whatsoever. Their phone number is FAKE, it is not a real working number. They do not respond to any contact. I tried to get ahold of them through phone, email, and their website from the second I ordered the doll and it is impossible. (I needed to cancel order to reorder a different way.) All types of communication will be IGNORED. Terrible company. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. Doll arrived over a month later, and was okay. I highly recommend cozycrochetdolls instead! Way better priced, and they COMMUNICATE!!! They actually know what customer service is, and kept in contact with me. I ended up ordering one through them as well, since I had no idea what was going on with the doll I first ordered from dollfy. Edited to add: I saw another review where they said dollfy told them they can only cancel within an hour of ordering. They don't let you do that. They don't let you contact them. I tried calling and emailing, even tried cancel through Amazon pay from the SECOND I placed my order, so that is untrue.

Hi guys!! I purchased a mobile crib hanger with up to 7 pets, I paid for the insurance logistics/ the preview of the little dogs etc (came up to €300) and I am yet to even receive an email invoice from This company! Does anyone know how to contact them???
