Terrible. Scam. Don’t waste your money. Bought a baby mobile. Completely unsafe will not ever be giving this to the recipient as intended, utterly embarrassing.

Stay away! Order took a long time to arrive and was late by a week and did not arrive in time for the anniversary. The hair color was completely wrong and did not match the photo. I was told my only option was to purchase a new doll. I did, but the new doll was bigger and had off-color shoes. I'm at a total loss

I recently received my item and it looks nothing like my dog. Someone literally drew marker all over it the eyes and mouth and it’s scary as hell.

This website is a Scam. DO NOT ORDER. Your order will never arrive.

Spent $90 on a gift that I can't give because the product is such poor quality and looks absolutely nothing like their dog. I contacted customer service noting all the missing extras I had paid for and photos of the poor quality and obvious discrepancies of the dog breed (literally it was just a generic lab so beware of that.) They don't do refunds or returns and STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED ME FOR THE MISSING PAID EXTRAS, this has been months. I have disputed with my cc company and unfortunately they sided with them. It's just a horrible company with terrible quality, don't be fooled by the good reviews and photos. I have posted several reviews and none have been published.

Worst customer service. You can not get in touch with anyone, the number is fake and the "chat" is useless. They will charge your card immediately and provide no confirmation of purchase. Received no review of product even though paid for it. Honestly thought it was a huge scam and still not confident it isn't. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I finally did receive my order only for it to fall apart as I took it out of the box.

Way too expensive. Took a very long time to get here. No gift wrap. It was very cute but not worth the money. You should not charge that much. Shame on you.

I never received my order. My order was supposedly lost. I believe this company is a scam. Emails and photos generated from AI. Real reviews don’t get posted to the website. They have a refund policy for orders that experience shipping issues but refuse to give me a refund. Beware.
