The information is presented so I can understand what I need to do. There are so many things about diabetes I didn't know and it is explained and helps me move forward with a plan. This helps it not to be so scary. This is the road map I didn't know I needed. Thank you.

Refund
I asked for rrefund of my £13 but no reply now I have had £46 or thereabouts taken from my account Please stop and refund.

meal plans easy to follow
meal plans easy to follow, can be changed to cope with available groceries, easy to log. Keeps my interest, and encourages correct portion control. Finding new ingredients and foods trying out the recipes, and I am steadily losing weight.
