Although I have had to buy the ingredients for the meals, they are readily available. Adjusting the flavours is key to maintaining the diet.

not a great website to log food and the rest is muddled . There arw so mamy better ones out there.. Also after the initial subsided month of £13 they send you no reminders that the first month is ending , that the next month is 3 x more and then you have to play sherlock holmes to find where to cancel .. I have now wasted £41 on a site i have no intention of using with a company who had no sympathy of refunding ...my advice go elsewhere. I contacted customer service amd advised as profile was deleted (wanted to ensure i wouldnt be charged again) no there was nothing they can do ..You live and learn..

I looked at the app, decided I was not interested, thought I had paid for it in full ($11.96) and a month later was charged an additional $ 54.82. Wrote an email, they were not about to cancel the charge, but offered a discount of $18. A total rip off. And frankly the recipes they had sucked. I looked at the app one time and it cost me over $47. Karma usually takes care of people who do business like this.
