This is the first app that has helped me loss weight and control my diabetes. The meal plan are great and logging in what you eat is great way to control your calories I didn’t even use the app to its fullest that’s why I resubscribed to use the workout plan as well as the meal portion

I’ve just started to the program. I love the variety in the meals. Easy to follow recipes and quick to prepare. I love the check list for each day. All the added advice and easy access to chat if necessary, which I have used. I’m still becoming familiar with all aspects of the program. Thanks I really would like to use my laptop to access the site. I do not using it on my phone.
