It took a little while for customer support to respond to me. But once they did, they handled my concerns in an appropriate way. They gave me a very good discount to start with… But then the price returned to normal , it was way beyond my ability to be able to afford. I am senior citizen… Needing to lose the extra weight that I have… On doctors orders of course. But seniors are on limited income and having a roof over my head and food in my pantry is more important than paying for an expensive diet plan. So I have to pick the most affordable and reasonably priced one thank you very much.

I have lost 11 lbs over the past month. The recipes are more flavorfully than typical diet food. I was also happy with the variety of recipes.

I have a charge in my checking account for the amount of $80.00. I ordered a brochure ( My Diabetic Health) for $14.49 from this business. The brochure is supposed to be about diabetes. I'm not diabetic. I just wanted information about diabetes. I'm going to continue working with my bank to get the $80.00 charge removed. I'll just have to wait and see if they send me a brochure.

Stay away from this company. They set everything to cut your pocket. After signing up I paid for one section. After paying one section I decided not to go through as every single section you need to pay .During Xmas time I saw they took money from my bank account twice on same day . Possibly by mistake I clicked on subscription . I tried to contact with them but no contact number only email. I emailed them regarding this issue and asked for cancel my subscription and refund.They agreed only 25% refund. So far I remember I didn’t click any subscription , if I did it’s just by mistake which I told them already. After money gone out from my account i tried to cancel my subscription but its not easy. I believe they made their cancellation policy complicated for purpose.I regret now why I went to this website. I just went to their website once.
