I am being charged £42.49 per month but when I look at the subscription on the App it says £12.89. I can’t work out why this is? Not happy and will cancel. Shame as the App is good but too expensive.

First I was charged $99.99 for what I don't know. Tried calling goes straight to voicemail says contact by email. I've now exchanged 10 emails asking them to credit this back to my charge card. I've supplied all info I have. They're saying they need more. I have nothing. If they can charge my card the can also credit it. This is a scam don't fall for it. I have canceled my card and requested a fraud investigation.
