I was attempting to a coupon code and accidentally placed the order - immediately contacted customer service through all channels w no response except confirmations of shipping. What a hassle! Planning to return the order immediately so not sure why they wouldn't just respond.

Submitted my questionaire, Dr. reviewed it. I guess I didn’t think that I might get a male doctor? But I did. Immediate recommendation was birth control or a low level antidepressant? Not at all what they’re advertising and I could have gotten that level of care by my local red state doctor. Yikes.

The doctor consultations are thorough and address any concerns or questions one might have. Directions are detailed and easy to follow. I LOVE the M4 line of skin care by Ally Health. I get the M4 serum, cream and eye cream. Sometimes I use the serum then apply a layer of the cream on top, and sometimes I just use the serum or the cream. I use one or the other 2x each day - morning and night. My skin is noticeably plumper and healthier looking. I recenlty had lunch with a friend I had not seen in 6 months and the first words out of her mouth were "your skin looks incredible! What have you done?" Although I do take care of my skin and use a red light mask 5 times a week, using these products was the only change I made since I had seen her last. I thought that I had noticed a difference, but my friend's reaction was proof. The change sort of sneaks up on you, but if you are consistent, you will notice it and so will everyone else.
