Was not clear about all the fees. You advertise no hidden fees, but there is a $99 fee to email with someone, and then another $100 fee for the meds. No other company has this. No one even discussed the fees. Very misleading and I wasted $200 for nothing. That's a lot of money for me and I was hoping for help.

This company is a joke. They charge outrageous prices for their medications and purposely deceive you into thinking you're getting a deal. For example, they charged me $118 for estrogen cream and told me it was for a 3 month supply. I figured it was roughly $40 per tube for 3 months. But no! It was $118 per tube!! You get 2 refills but it totals almost $350!! I can get this rx at costco for $33!!! They do not call in any prescriptions to an outside pharmacy because they would lose money. The so called physician ordered an estrogen dose much higher than she should which caused me severe side effects. I had to see a specialist because of her error. Stay away!!

Product is fabulous and works as advertised. Unfortunately I had to cancel my subscription due to a cancer diagnosis and it was. Cancelled immediately with warmth, kindness and professionalism. Can’t recommend enough.
