My estrogen patches are always different brands and do not always stick well. Now the newest patches are to be cut in half. I was also told my progesterone pills will have a price increase at my next refill. This has become less of a good service for more money and its probably time to look for a new provider

M4 body cream was leaking out bottom of dispenser upon arrival. Sent new one and same issue. Too expensive to get something you can't utilize.

While I did enjoy the products, I did develop an allergy to the day and night cream, and with the automatic shipment (which you really have to stay on top of) I missed cancelling…… the really unfortunate thing is that you cannot return the products?? ….. this is a big no no in my book. Customer service is everything.

I don’t have the option to select when my prescription ships. I travel a lot and there have been multiple occasions when my prescription delivered while I was gone, sat out in the heat. The last shipment t I had to reroute, for an additional $25 UPS charge because I was going to be away and it was over 100F each day where my prescription would have been sitting outside until I got home 5 days later.

I feel like using this company is like working with a massive corporation that wants to make money. Doesn’t feel personal but works for what I need at this moment. Customer service is always nice and respectful but doesn’t always answer my questions - and that feels like I don’t matter in the big machine. Doctor feels ok but either not deeply educated in this area or just rushing through so feels again impersonal so I just search on the internet rather than ask questions now. It’s too expensive for this level of service/care. It works for the moment but looking to change soon to something else.

Good: The service asked a lot of thorough questions so that is good. It wasn’t too expensive for the fist visit. Bad: I’m not sure that a real doctor reviewed my medical history. The whole system is set up as a subscription service with exorbitant prices on prescriptions. They will not allow you to take your prescription to a pharmacy that your insurance covers until you first buy three months of their prescriptions at full price. They subscription and pharmacy requirements are not included in their online FAQ or any materials during intake. Do not trust this service.

The product changed after the first shipment, the current brand isn’t as effective.

I am disgusted with the "canned" communications with the doctor. On more than one occasion I have had questions PRIOR to the refill being processed about my prescription, only to have them ignored and the refill being process and then the Doc saying opsy... Yes I now see the communication... so sad nothing I can do about it..... we will make the change on your next refill.... Two stars because it is convenient to get the prescriptions I need... Zero stars or less for the Docs!
