I do not like that my refills are automatically sent. I want to approve them being sent and charged to my card. I spent a lot of time online, and if there is a way, I didn't find it. I suspect it's not there. I do not like this at all, and it will affect my business in the future with Alloy.

I tried to message a Dr before I received my next tretinion product. I needed to see if I could increase the dosage. I tried 3 times before the delivery of the same dosage. I was not seeing any results with the product.

First of all, customer service is great. I am just tired of seeing companies, like Musely for instance, that shows false photos to advertise the miraculous results you will receive. Musely's advertising of the neck is deceiving. It shows platysmal bands which almost disappear. Do we believe this can actually happen with a topical cream? Unfortunately, alot of people expect those results. Its one of the reasons I chose Alloy. After 10 weeks with faithful use of Alloy 3 MP4 products, I expected to see at least a little improvement. I actually think my skin looks worse. Its much dryer and more wrinkled. Also, the sunspots have darkened as I read they might. I tried my hardest to avoid cream on them, but it still found its way to the spots. This stuff is not cheap. If it worked even just a bit after 10 weeks, I would have stuck with it.

While Alloy is easy to use and I felt that the physician dashboard was helpful and readily answered questions. The price for the medication was so expensive. I got my PCP to take over writing my prescription and the cost went from 119 via Alloy health to 18.99 (without insurance) at Costco. And I am pretty sure I can use my insurance and it will cost me about $5 out of pocket. So I did not renew my relationship.

Ive been a member for over a year. had issues once and dr upped my prescription, it was all good. Had issues again. Dr recommended to reduce one med. I requested a change multiple time without success. really thinking of not renewing my script. customer service is not good. I get answers from dr but they cant change the script, it need to be requested but they never answer or do what is requested.

Waiting on prescriptions

The communication is great, however the last product is filled with air bubbles and difficult to pump. They are aware of the issue because a note about it came with the product. Not sure I will re-purchase.

The prices are exorbitant. Can you get what you need here? Yes, but you'll have to make financial tradeoffs just to get the items you need.
