I really like the products.

You need to submit claims to insurance companies. HRT is expensive and the prices continue to rise along with everything else. It is getting more difficult to afford. Attempting to seek reimbursement from most insurers on our own is a nightmare and often denied. It would be so helpful if you could seriously consider this. Other telehealth providers provide this service and I may have to make the difficult decision to transfer my care.

Ease of getting script. But very expensive, might consider other options.

I'm on my second order of facial skin cream and I'm not positive I'm seeing the results I was hoping for and hearing about. I noticed my second pump bottle I've received is different than the first one. Unfortunately this new iteration of bottle doesn't pump out a full "serving" of cream, more air. Takes more pumps (even after being primed) Cream is nice & simple, is it really turning back the clock...?

I am starting to need to skip a couple times of ordering, because too much product.

I started my journey with alloy when I couldn't get my gynecologist to sign on to hormone therapy for me. I appreciate having great Dr's through Alloy to keep my health concerns front and center. Cindy

Alloy filled a gap in my health care for hormone replacement, and I am ever so grateful. My own primary doctor refused to fill my hormone patch prescription because I insisted on staying with MDAnderson in Houston for my mammograms (15 year patient), and my doctor wanted me to use their mammogram facility in Beaumont, TX. I had a complete hysterectomy 25 years ago, and being off hormones was wreaking havoc. I was able to get back on my hormone treatment through Alloy.
