My auto ship of estrogen cream arrived with a very sticky label. Since the label is large and covers most of the bottle there was no way to avoid it and it left a sticky film on my fingers. I messaged several times and was told each time that since the product wasn’t affected they would not do anything. I asked to escalate my complaint and the same person messaged back that they would give me a 25.00 credit on a 150.00 order. I cancelled my subscription.

Alloy it is another scam company claiming products that doesn’t work
also found Alloy's approach to discounts disappointing. During nearly two years as a paying HRT customer, I was never offered a meaningful loyalty discount on my hormone treatment, even when I specifically asked. Promotions appeared to be directed primarily toward new customers or toward other higher-priced products such as skincare. Long-term HRT customers should not feel less valued than new customers being recruited into the service.
My overall concern is not simply price. It is the combination of premium pricing, inconsistent medication manufacturers, limited accountability when patches do not work properly, dismissive communication regarding symptoms, and inadequate support when treatment becomes unstable.
Women considering Alloy should understand that a convenient online HRT service is not necessarily the same thing as individualized menopause care. If you are doing well on a particular estradiol patch manufacturer, I strongly recommend asking in advance whether Alloy can guarantee that manufacturer, what happens if it becomes unavailable, whether you will be refunded for unusable patches, and how your physician will handle symptoms that arise after a medication substitution.
After almost two years as a customer, I expected continuity, careful symptom management, and stronger advocacy for patients. My experience did not meet those expectations. I try to get estradiol patches and i was declined, sll those cream it doesn’t work, it is just a lie, scam claiming youth, but it is a lie, i was a customer and used their products, and didn’t work

Overpriced and scammy…
This whole website seems to be designed to make people pay full price for prescriptions that would otherwise be covered by insurance. They do no lab work and just base your medication recommendations on your age, even if you have blood work that shows you need different medications.
Response from Alloy HealthOct 16, 2026
Hi there, thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We understand how frustrating it can feel when care doesn’t seem tailored to you, and we want to clarify how our process works.
Every treatment plan at Alloy is created by a licensed physician who reviews your full health intake, including your symptoms, medical history, and any lab results you choose to share. Age is never the only factor. If you have questions about the clinical guidelines behind a recommendation, the doctor the best person to walk you through it and address your concerns.
We also want to be transparent that Alloy is a direct-pay service, and all of our pricing is listed on our website at https://www.myalloy.com/solutions. Members can request itemized receipts to submit to their insurance provider for possible reimbursement, and many also use HSA or FSA funds toward their care.
Our Help Center at https://myalloy.zendesk.com/hc/en-us answers many common questions, and our team is always happy to help at [email protected].

$50 wasted to get a recommendation that costs $600 3 month supply month when my progesterone usually costs $10 a month...
Response from Alloy HealthOct 14, 2026
We're so sorry for any confusion here. We'd like to clarify our pricing: our progesterone 100mg is $69 for a 3-month supply, and our 200mg dose is $99 for a 3-month supply. All pricing can be found on our website here: https://www.myalloy.com/solutions.
We've requested your information so our team can reach out to you directly, review your recommendation, and make sure you have clear answers. We look forward to connecting with you.

I would not recommend go with another company. I was bed ridden for 2 months informed the medical provider I was experiencing severe fatigue and brain fog and asked to pause or cancel membership and was still billed twice for $99 for month of July and August. When I reached out to customer service and explained my issue I was told the membership/subscription fee was non refundable. 3 months later and I’m slowly getting better and back to working half shifts.

Formal Complaint – Unauthorized Charges and Refund Request
Where do I even begin?
You issued me a prescription for 1 mg of tirzepatide without first consulting me about the appropriate dosage. I had previously been prescribed 15 mg by another provider.
When I complained, I was informed that my prescription had been paused. I have an email confirming this.
Despite that confirmation, you continued charging my credit card month after month.
This is completely unacceptable. I expect an immediate explanation, a full refund of all charges made after my prescription was paused, and written confirmation that no further charges will be made.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will dispute the charges with my credit card company and file a formal consumer complaint.
I look forward to your immediate response.

Very bad service and bad product
Very bad service. Alloy sent me an inferior product that has no efficiency even though I asked them NOT TO! They said they can't do anything about it but it's a lie as they always send the better product with the first order to lure patients and then always send the bad product which apparently is a much cheaper version in the following orders. They make money over us by not providing the right product. This is all over the internet if you search Alloy's name with PADAGIS and TRiGEN.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your frustration. Pharmacy inventory can vary, and while we understand your preference for a certain manufacturer, we’re not able to guarantee a specific manufacturer for an order. If you have concerns about how your treatment is working, your Alloy doctor is available anytime to talk through your options and make sure you’re getting the support you need.
