It’s too easy to order the wrong product and not realize it. Especially when the M4 Face Serum is not serum consistency but the same as the M4 Face Cream. If you make that mistake, it’s on you. Their customer service doesn’t seem to care. They know they are dealing with women who are already struggling.

I did a consult with a provider for 49.99. I was given some options for HRT but never approved any of them. They charged my card 239.97 without authorization and sent an unsafe prescription out and said it was too bad and I could not get my money back. Buyer beware!!!

Alloy serves the needs of women that take responsibility for their health by researching HRT, understanding the benefits and risks & read the women's health initiative study to determine the reasonability of the conclusions that the industry came to. Finding Alloy Health was a gift after almost 2 years of struggling to find a provider who was knowledgeable about menopausal issues and a company with reasonable cost. It's easy to communicate with my provider and I can ask questions any time I need to. Cost is very manageable and deliveries are seamless. I couldn't be happier with the organization and service.

I had a very good experience with Alloy Health. The entire process was fast, professional, and convenient. Everything was completed online, with no video appointments or phone calls required. *However, I would like it if I was able to reach them by phone call as well. From completing my medical questionnaire to receiving my prescription, the turnaround time was very fast. Much quicker than waiting months for an OBGYN appt. The physician who reviewed my information was very thorough and professional. I also appreciate that Alloy's physicians specialize in menopause care, which gave me confidence throughout the process. They are all certified through the Menopause Society. My medications arrived quickly, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. One tip for new patients: be as detailed as possible when filling out your initial questionnaire. Include all of your symptoms, concerns, and questions upfront. Follow-up communications may involve an additional fee, so it's worth taking the time to provide as much information as you can initially. The only downsides for me were that Alloy does not accept insurance, so everything is self-pay, and there is no option to speak with someone by phone. All communication is handled through their online messaging system. While it worked well, I personally would have appreciated the option of a phone call for questions or reassurance. Overall, I was very impressed with how efficient, professional, and easy the process was. I liked the doctor they assigned me to. If you're having trouble getting a timely appointment with a menopause specialist, I would definitely recommend Alloy Health!
