I've been a customer, off and on, since 2018. In all that time, MXRoute remains one of the most pain-free, reliable email services I've ever used. Emails get delivered, spam hardly ever gets through, and it's frankly ridiculously low-priced.
Yes, Jar can be abrasive dealing with people who try to exploit his platform but for the other 99% he is polite, friendly, hard working and professional.

Quality business grade email hosting
If you're not a spammer, you'll appreciate MXroute. The staff are pedantic about spam (in and out) and use IP's with an excellent reputation.
The service is very affordable, and if you know what you are doing you won't need to contact support. In the rare event of issues the staff work tirelessly to resolve things.

MXRoute is run by a passionate team who don't have time for your s**t. They are very clear on what you need to know, and what is allowed/not allowed.
I've tried just about every other email service I can find. I always come back to MXRoute.
MXRoute aggressively defends their legitimate customers.
Bad reviews are 100% people who are upset they couldn't misuse a fantastic service.

Great email hosting for great price
Great email hosting for an extremely reasonable price. All emails I send gets delivered and doesn't land in spam boxes. Documentation is relatively good but some areas aren't super clear.
As long as you aren't sending mass spam (e.g. unsolicited marketing) or violate their terms, you will absolutely happy with this service. I'm currently buying through a reseller, so can't comment on the customer service.

Mxrouting has alright email services it is usually pretty slow, but the customer service is poor.
My account got terminated for “ Deceptive use against third party services by creating multiple email accounts to pretend to be multiple users of their service” I was just creating multiple cloud accounts for friends that wanted cloud storage and then deleted the emails as they weren’t required as I only had 5 GB of storage.
I tried to open a ticket to appeal this issue to them, but they just closed it instantly and are now ignoring me.

This user violated our policy and was dealt with accordingly. For anyone who doesn't intend to violate our policy and is looking for an email host that works hard to maintain a strong reputation (which is very important for inbox delivery), this should be considered a positive review. Unlike every other company, we don't want money. We want to provide a quality service for the good, honest, hard working people who are creating great things on and off of the internet. We're willing to do what it takes to make sure that we provide you with the highest quality service that we can, including upsetting this guy.
I get why this user says that he opened a ticket for appeal and it was closed instantly, because it's a lot less embarrassing for him than what actually happened. Despite being told that his service was terminated for "Deceptive use against third party services by creating multiple email accounts to pretend to be multiple users of their service" his appeal ticket said this:
"My account has been terminated for creating too many email accounts. I didn't know that this wasn't allow can my services be restored?"
He was even given logs that detailed the exact behavior, which was not "creating too many email accounts." He then received this response:
"That's not what it was terminated for, and this message clarifies that you either do not understand the policy or are choosing to be dishonest about it."
When he continued trying to spam our ticket system, yes we created automation to deal with the spam which meant auto closing every ticket he continued to try to open. He then became enraged and spammed my personal email address with registration to various websites. Such an upstanding citizen, that Ayedon.
