I'm a 3 year customer of MXRoute, I have had zero issues, and expect to continue having zero issues. Highly recommended for anyone who is considering using them to host your e-mail.

I'm a new customer running a small mail service. I've been a customer for a few months. Extremely satisfied with the service. I very much appreciate their fundamentally different approach to spam management. The quality of service far exceeds the service from various email host providers I've been using over past 20 years and for a fraction of the cost. The tools for admin are no nonsense and just work.

Been a happy customer with MXroute for 6 years now. Incredible service with a great team. I've had two incidents where an email account was suspended. I opened a ticket in both cases and explained what happened (it was an issue on my end in both cases). The team was kind and understanding and promptly resolved the issues in both instances. They rigorously protect the reputation and deliverability of their mail servers, and I'm quite happy with the results. Can't recommend Jarland, Albert, and the rest of the team highly enough.

I would give 1k stars. If you are a genuine Email user and is looking for a mail service that is solid reliable, spam proof and fast as thunder, choose MXroute. Not only does it reduce spam emails but also it fights against those trash retards. See the negative reviews from those dumb trash. Thanks to MXroute for the hardworking. MXroute doesn't provide many functions like Exchange or Gmail. But it has all the fundamental features you would expect from other self hosting Email services. Although it doesn't work too well with Outlook(Outlook is basically a cloud service now so not MXroute's fault) and it blocks my login when I fetch too many emails at once(it has self-served page for removing the limit). I still recommend it to all genuine users. Don't be scared by having your account suspended. This service is run by some real people who think and act reasonably. Those who did get banned deserve what they got. Do not send marketing Emails is the first thing they got told when they signed up. This is how MXroute ensure our genuine emails get delivered.

Fantastic mail service. Nobody is going to work harder for your money. I really like how transparent and honest Mr. Jarland is in public communications, you know other services are dealing with problems under the covers but their public communication doesn't reflect it like MXroute does. This is a pretty technical service and not for a casual user as it requires the user configure their domain DMARC etc, but if you know what you are doing it just works and is a snap. Also nice to see it's under constant development and improvement.

I migrated to mxroute a few years ago when I was no longer able to host my own mail. The pricing was really reasonable and transparent. They run a really tight ship here and I have never noticed any outages. There are really good tools to manage accounts and mailboxes. They aggressively fight spam. Don’t sign up if you intend to send spam. It won’t end well. A+ highly recommend.

I chose MXRoute as an email and SMTP provider after reading many recommendations, particularly those focused on reliable delivery and high IP reputation. I had issues getting several clients' messages delivered to Gmail and other "big provider" services, but after configuring MXRoute, delivery has been flawless. That said, there are two things you must know about MXRoute before you sign up: 1. They expect you to have some working knowledge of the email process. While they provide excellent documentation, if you expect hand-holding along the way, this is not the service for you. 2. If you want to send anything even closely resembling spam, your account will be immediately terminated. MXRoute prides itself on being extremely serious in combating spam. The result is reliable delivery while maintaining an excellent IP reputation. MXRoute is a very rule-focused, black-and-white company. If you value reliability and a high IP reputation in an email provider, this is your company. If you ride in the gray areas and desire to blur the rules, this is definitely not for you.
