However, help is readily available on Discord and I've always found support to be responsive and accountable. MXroute has a clear focus on email deliverability and they adhere strictly to this mission. *Spammers stay away** This is not AWS SES or SendGrid on the cheap and any misuse will lead to account termination. I've been using MXRoute via a reseller for a bit over 12 months. I've had no issues and people on the Discord are great for helping you out. MXRoute has a small team, which helps to keep prices low, but 99% of the time, fellow customers will figure out solutions to problems you may have. Whilst no service is ever going to be 100% perfect, the 1 star reviews really are by people who were abusing the service, which affects the rest of us. Pay no attention to them - they're just upset they got caught!
