Hi Mikki, Thanks for your candid feedback - we definitely hope to avoid frustration and confusion over our renewal policy. While our annual plans do auto-renew as outlined in the terms at sign-up, we understand that these situations can still feel frustrating, especially if you didn’t intend to renew. Did you have trouble turning off your renewal? We send an email 30 days before renewal with instructions on how to opt out of the automatic renewal. I'd love to hear about any specific processes you felt were unclear or difficult to self-service so we can avoid similar issues in the future! Thank you again for your feedback - it helps us improve.
