You can't end your subscription if you want
Frist of all, when you contact them for some individual qoutes like them want you to - it takes literally month for them to reply! If you need a track for your project for an upcomiing event - just forget about it. Then, when you sign a deal on a mothly basis - there is NO way to cancel payments even if you deside NOT to use any tracks and just want to end subscription. They literally disabled the button on their site and you need to wait and pay the whole year to cancel it. Greed is all they have. Definitely will not recommend.

Regarding your concern about the subscription term: all subscriptions are annual, twelve-month agreements. We try to make this clear at checkout, but your concern is certainly valid, and I'd like to know where the confusion surrounding our subscription terms came from.
