Beware this company
Beware this company. I took out a trial subscription and cancelled within a week, as required. Apparently they have no record of this and have started billing me every month. Contacted them to cancel but they require me to pay even more money to cancel. I was willing for them to keep the 2 mos they already charged, but to require another $400, just to cancel. is a bad business policy. Again, beware of these guys.

Hi there, I appreciate the time you took to leave a review today! I can assure you, a trial will never roll into an annual subscription unless the automatic renewal was not turned off. Would you be able to provide some more detail regarding which part of the automatic renewal process was a challenge for you? Since our subscriptions are annual agreements (agreed to at multiple stages of the checkout process), the entire term must be paid before termination. In your case, it looks like my colleague Sydney discounted your remaining balance from $1,099.80 to $299.96. Sydney and I will follow up with you shortly to work out some potential solutions!
