Great rug. Really helps keep down on trash & footprint's. Does seem to slide some will try putting a piece of gripper under it. I ordered thru Amazon Prime

This company is a complete joke. If you want stress and "customer service " that doesn't listen then go ahead and order from this company. I cancelled the order not long after placing the order after the unlawfully charged my card for a second time without authorisation. I cancelled my order with them 3 times long before I was issued any order or tracking information as per their policy on their website which they took upon themselves to ignore and send the order anyway. Even after 16 emails they still have not listened to the request to cancel the order and now expect me to pay the return postage. I have informed them that they are to arrange collection at their cost or the order will be left on the street for anyone who wants it as they have been given more than enough opportunities to arrange collection of their product. AVOID THE COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I ordered 4 mats via Facebook for £59.96 which I was happy with. When my credit card statement arrived I realised I had been charged an additional £51.81 for a free gift and grippers that I didn’t want! Buyer beware! Hopefully my credit card company will dispute this on my behalf!

I ordered 4 of these mats I agreed the payment of £59.96 but when I checked my bank they also took a second payment of £19.83 which I did not agree they had added on rug grippers which I didn’t not want when your ordering you keep getting pop ups offering more items and unknown to you you don’t get to see the final bill until the order is finished and they send the email through. When I seen there had taken to much money from my bank I tried to cancel the same day my emails kept coming back undelivered the phone numbers wouldn’t work then when I finally got through I was told my item had been shipped and couldn’t cancel and wouldn’t give me my money back and if you want to return them then you have to pay for that so I said that I wouldn’t accept them when delivered and was told that they still wouldn’t refund me after alot of emails they offered me a $100 gift card then before I could accept this another person decided to refund my £19.83 and took the $100 gift card off me. I told them that I thought they had ripped me off and they had put these other things on my order without permission and taken my money without permission and I did report it to my bank. I would definitely not deal with this company again and phone number or email address what’s on there advert does not work when you have a problem but works for orders which I find strange. 24/5/23 I received an email from Trust saying the company wanted more details I not sure what details you want regarding this matter as you have never reached out to me about this matter I have put in my review what happened to me so if you can say what you require I will try to answer.

I ordered medium and love them and they stay in place very well!! I then ordered the small and can't believe how they slide all over the floor!! I am very unhappy with these but I haven't found a customer service number to reach out! I do not recall the exact date I received them so is approximate..... Thank you.

I love these mats they collect so much dirt and washable is a big plus for me. I have animals and teenagers that bring in a lot of dirt. I just recently bought another set to put in my car to see how well they'll do there, so far so good! I also have bought the doggy towel I'm excited to try that. I did have a problem with 1 of my orders customer service responded quickly and has solved my problem. Good customer service is #1 for me. Great job muddy mats!!! In Health, Erin Deremus

I LOVE these Muddy Mats and highly recommend them! The quality of the rugs are excellent and the customer service is outstanding. The mats work EXACTLY as advertised and are washable! There are cheap imitation ones, out there, but these are the absolute BEST! I have 8, so far, and plan to purchase several more. They are beautiful as well as functional , and they stay put on my hardwood floors. No slipping or sliding. Buy with confidence. They do take a little long to ship, but your patience will be worth the wait!

I use it outside when I take my dog for walks. He has a tendency to stop and sniff bushes, and this mat keeps his paws cleaner for longer. I really love it because it's so durable and does a wonderful job of keeping dirt, grass, and other debris off my floors.
