I ordered my mat on 5/8/22 and was told that it would be fulfilled 24 - 48 hours and I would receive it by Friday 5/13/22. Well after numerous phone calls and emails this is where I stand: My order was supposedly packed within the 24-48 hour timeframe but it didn't actually ship until 5/15/22 so I am still waiting on it's arrival. I don't care how good the product may be if you are going to twist the truth I no longer want to deal with you.

Had an issue with the number of mats I ordered. Emailed to find out how I could return the extras. They did email back wanting to know what steps I took to place the order....What??? and it was implied that I did not understand how that process worked. Replied to their email about a week ago and have not heard back. The product is fine..I would give that 4 stars however customer service is terrible and I hope the mats last a long time because of this situation, I will never order from here again.

The was a mistake with the number of mats I received. I emailed muddymat and they fixed the problem immediately. Honest company.

The mat itself works ok, not nearly as well as the video shows. However, the "free gift" was charged to my account, as well as shipping and tax. Plus, the non-slip corners practically doubled the price. Customer service not helpful.

I ordered Muddy Mat on FaceBook. They have "add-on" items for purchase which should have been a cue not to pursue but I ordered a set of 4 corners to secure the mat from slipping. They charged me for 4 SETS which was more costly than the mat. I let them know via email that right after I saw the error but they still sent the 4 sets and billed me in two transactions so there was shipping and handling on both despite only one package was sent. I called the company and talked to a very rude customer service representative who offered me a pittance of an adjustment. I asked that his supervisor call me back, she was supposedly busy, but I never got a call back. I notified my credit card company and they reversed the charges. I did not open the package so the post office sent it back at no charge. Muddy Mat told my credit card company I didn't send it back so the charges have been reapplied. This is taking a lot of time and trouble to resolve. Beware!

I made an error when trying to place my order and immediately sent an email to the "contact us" email address listed on the order site. Even though it was the weekend, I got an email response within a few hours and got the details corrected after a few back-and-forth emails.

I recently purchased 2 rugs, love them, but one had a little hole in it, I called customer service, they sent me a link, I took a picture of the rug, and they are sending me another rug, excellent customer service
