Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

I have had real issues with this outfit, was offered $100 which I spent, items never arrived, complained, then they offered to send again, nothing - Are this Company even legit ??????? My experience was that once it goes outside of PayPals date for placing a complaint they ignore all attempts to resend any items - they shall promise $100 compensation which you spend but the items NEVER arrive - It is my intention to ensure that NO other Customer shall get caught out like I have - I will never buy another item off them !!!!! I highly recommend you do not purchase and do not believe the offer of Compensation!!!!!

I have had a very good experience with this company. Had a slight problem but was dealt with perfectly. I would highly recommend them. Plus their goods are fantastic

We love the Matt's our dog Pasta Lay's on it much more than the old one🐶🐶🐶

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE FARCE. If I could give zero stars I would. This company are an absolute joke. SCAMMERS. Ordered in December 2 x medium muddy mats, somehow the checkout process added on rug grippers that I didn’t want and express postage costs without being given an option to delete them. Add to that the company is in the US so taxes were also added. Messaged them as my order was about £30 more than I was expecting to pay. They couldn’t cancel the order and refused to refund me, so after several emails and Instagram messages they instead offered a $100 gift card if I stuck with the order. Anyway the mats came quickly (along with the rug grippers which were actually rather useless) so I thought ok I’ll use the voucher as I wasn’t getting anywhere with refunding or returning. So placed an order for the extra large mat and the smallest one to use up the $100 voucher, spending approx £2 extra to cover all costs. Placed order 17th December, it’s now 19th February and after 6 instagram messages and about 15 emails I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ORDER. They keep fobbing me off with a standard reply pretty much the same wording each time using excuses and saying it’ll be shipped within 24-48 hours and supplying a tracking code that funnily enough always says label created (but never received by fedex!). THIS COMPANY LIES TO YOU, USES EXCUSES AND CLEARLY HAS NO INTENTION OF OFFERING GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have looked at the US process to report them to the relevant authorities such as Federal Trade Commission and the Consumer Protection Office, along with the Better Business Bureau and threatened this in an email but they clearly couldn’t care less, as I just received more pathetic excuses. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. Will not recommend them to anyone and will actively comment as such on all their social media channels. UPDATE: my perseverance with emails and threats eventually paid off as my gift card order finally turned up today 4th March.

I had a computer glitch while ordering and wasn’t sure if it went through; my computer clicked out of the site as I was selecting shipping. I contacted customer service and had a reply within the hour! Not only that, but my order was already in their system, as I’m a repeat customer!

We ordered 2 Muddy Mats. They are wonderful. They absorb the water and it doesn't go through to the floor. Thank you muddy mats. I am looking forward to ordering more in the future. Great product! Love love love these muddy mats!

Soon as I got them I put them at my front and back doors. My dogs run in and out and right now, my yard is soggy mud. They are soaking up wet feet and mud in the best way. NO more tracking through my house. Thank you for such a great product. Cathy Williamson

Great product, great at entrances to the house, absorbs water walking in from the rain. And more important my dog, Mokie, loves these matts to lounge on plus they get his paws dry when he comes in from the rain or heavy dew. Mokey approves of the muddy matts, giving them a 5-Star Rating!!!
