Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

These mats are amazing. We have 6 dogs. The weather is snow melting to mud for 6 months out of the year. The mud that the Boxer mix and the lab mix track in is unbelievable. These mats do exactly as advertised. The mud is grabbed from their paws as they cross over it. The color of the mat doesn’t show the dirt. When I picked the mat up to shake it, I was surprised at the weight the dirt had picked up. All the mud I was constantly trying to keep up with was dried up in the mat and was easy to shake out. I bought a second one for my front door as well. I highly recommend the Muddymat for all pet owners and parents of young children that track in and out.

I use my Muddy Mat in front of the kitchen sink. It is cushioning, lies flat and doesn’t slide around. I just shake it outside once in a while. I haven’t washed it yet. My reason for 4 stars is I had to return the first one I ordered because the color was much lighter than pictured in the description.

They are deceitful about the cost until after the credit card information has been submitted. My order went from $59 (and some change) to $92.98 after they tricked me into adding $1.99 rug grippers that turned out to be $23.88 on the final tally. It seemed reasonable that the order would then be in the $60-ish range, not suddenly in the $90s AFTER my payment was submitted. It kept having me click through screen after screen trying to add on products and additional shipping fees. Once they already had my credit card info there was no going back. I absolutely regret falling for this scam.

Like many others, my mats have yet to arrive & the shipping status hasn't changed. However, I did receive a response email from customer service. The email gave me assurance that they are trying to look into the delay. Not sure if I will receive the mats, a refund or nothing at all.

Ordered a set on 12/13/24. I was told it was processed and it was shipped on 12/14.24. As of 12/24/24 at 6:17 pm it is still at the same location it was on 12/14/24, Terrible!!!!

I ordered a personalised mat on the 3 rd November and after many many Emails it still hasn’t arrived, they said it would take 40 days from the preview of the mat which was the 8th November and i an still waiting, sent another Email 2 days ago and heard nothing. Really disappointed doesn’t look like i will get the mat or get a refund either.

What a waste. Ordered on 17th, they promised delivery on the 20th for Christmas. We are on the 22nd eve and they haven’t even dropped it on to shipper. Their customer service says it takes 10 days. What happened to the 3 day delivery promised. Looking on temu, the same thing is so much cheaper. Do they buy from there, when delivered, rebrand and send out?

Their dog mats really do work. They keep the muddy dogs paws clean! I now have 6 variety of sizes placed at different doors and even use one in our bathroom they are so nice!!
