Terrible customer experience wanted to exchange for a different size and they were going to charge us to return the product. Would never order!!

I placed an order, but their website doesn't show that it went through, so I placed it again and same thing happened. I noticed they charged me twice. I immediately called customer service and was on hold for over 15 minutes. I gave up and contacted them by email twice. No response. I received shipping confirmation for two orders and then immediately after that they magically contacted me to say since they shipped they could only offer me a $50 gift card. That is B.S.! Thankfully I purchased through PayPal so hopefully can dispute it.

I placed an order on 5 November for 2 buddy mats with my dog's picture and name. I also placed an order for 2 muddy mats at the same time, which after chasing, arrived a few weeks later. The buddy mats still have not been received by 21 December and Muddy Mat are now saying they will take another 40 working days as the artwork appears to have been lost. The communication with this company is shocking. No-one owns the issue so I have to start from scratch with every help centre advisor. I have now asked for a refund as it appears unlikely they will ever arrive. Up-date - Muddy Mat has now offered me a partial refund on the buddy mats which have not been delivered because they forgot to process the order. I paid £76 for the buddy mats but as they included a free gripper, they have now charged me for this even though its useless without the mats. So having paid £76, I'm getting a refund of £56! Not one of apology either. Total incompetence. Further update - Muddy mat has now issued a full refund with apology so fair play to them.

I was told at the end of my order I would receive a gift. Then when I accepted the gift I was charged 9.99 plus 3.99 shipping on the free gift. After I was already paying 6.99 for shipping on my order. I held on phone for 20 minutes without a customer rep answering. It says once tracking number is received you can csncel but it is difficult to reach them. So my order tot went up 14.00 for a gift. What a scam.

Love the muddy mats but I should have ordered a larger size. My big dogs need more Matt to get the water off. However, I ordered two large beds for the two big dogs. And they are amazing as beds. And they wash and dry very well. Even my 15 pound sheltie sleeps like a log on them. I probably will get one for her!!

I order two. One was for the front door because I am always tracking snow or mud in. The other one was for the back door, because we have two dogs and one cat, and they track more stuff in than I do. I was worried about the rug sliding, because the dogs fly through the doggy door. It doesn't slide and so for my tile floor is clean. That is why I order three more. You have a good product.
