I also don’t have my order that I received a conformation on. Nov 29 it was supposed to be on its way and still don’t have. They give you the run around and say they got there top people looking into it. Still don’t have my purchase!

Bought one of the new muddy mat dog beds and it is amazing, both dogs love their new bed and they are very durable and great material. Ine lives to scratch at her toy on there and has done repeatedly since I bought it and no damage at all to the material. They look great in your livingroom and can match the colour to your decor, would highly reccomend. Plus you can remove the cover to wash which is great for keeping away the dog smell.

I have fought with the dirt at my front and back doors for all of my adult life. I purchased 3 Muddy Mats and am going to replace the 5 throw rugs I have left with Muddy Mats. I can't say enough about how these rugs catch dirt and dry off wet feet.

I can't really write a review since I still haven't gotten my order. Nobody gets back to you. They are charging me for something I don't even have yet. Basically they lost it and are making excuses. Customer Service is terrible. Trying to figure out where my order is..Customer service rep said still at warehouse after 10 days !! Charged my credit card right away but could care less if I get it

I can’t say enough good things about Muddy Mat. I have 4 dogs and just recently fractured my spine so no bending over and wipng their feet. I don’t have to with Muddy May! It absorbs everything on their paws! I have to order another one,a large one. I will also need to order a couple of medium size ones. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

Ordered 3 medium rugs on 12/15. Confirmation email read shipped on same day. I can’t rate product as I have not yet received product. I Have not received any other correspondence other than the confirmation of purchase. Their link to track package sends you to a page where you have to pay for a subscription. Waiting for a response to my email asking what the status of the order is. I will report them if I don’t get a response in a reasonable amount of time. I smell scam! Received a response. 12/31 still no merch and package still sitting in same state and town since 12/28. Update. I finally received product. Washed well. Have seen same product in past for less in local brick and mortars and didn’t have to purchase more than one. Wanted you to know I did receive product but will buy locally if I need more.

on 12/16 I placed an order with Muddymat. On 12/23 they sent an email the order had been shipped FedEx. I tracked the order thru 12/27 which showed it hadn't left the shipping facility. In other words, hadn't been shipped! On 12/27 I called Muddymat & sat on hold for 25 minutes until I was connected with a customer service person. That person told me that due to the Christmas holiday, FedEx hadn't picked up the package!!!!! I can assure you, this was NOT the fault of FedEx!!! This will be my LAST order with Muddymat! I cannot tolerate a company that won't take responsibility for their mistakes!! I will not do business with a company that BLAMES another company for their mistakes! NO WAY! and by the way..I would have put this review on Muddymat website, but what do you know..there is no place to put a review!!

Love these mats! I've bought 9 in total so far. I use them in the house (entry ways, bathrooms), in our rv and on the back deck for our hottub. We also live in a snowy climate and have two big dogs, I literally never see a paw print on the floor anymore! 1000% would recommend!
