Horrible customer service. No replies to email have charged me 284 for a 104 order. Have tried calling only to be on hold forever and then disconnected. Will try filing a complaint through PayPal.

Great mat for dogs, kids, weather in general! Grabs more than a traditional rug esp on those nasty weather days. Would definitely buy again. I bought for family campers for their FUR friends too. Great buy and would def recommend!!!

Muddy Mats are great! They are soft, absorbent and very comfortable to walk on. Best part is, no more wet floors! Thank you Muddy Mats!

I am still waiting on my Muddy Mat. I was supposed to have it by Christmas and that day came and went and no muddy mat. The customer service team tried telling me that it is the fault of the shipping carrier. So they have twice informed me that they will get with their warehouse and carrier to get the products (several) shipped to me. Just checked the tracking today and still no movement. Guess the customer service set is just as lacking as the shipping and packaging depts.

I have 4 dogs and they work great.

Our house has two large dogs. Muddy and wet paws required drying every time UNTIL Muddy Mats! Hooray as our floors are staying clean. The mat gets everything and leave no trace of dirt on floor! Thank you so much!

The Matt's and for bed are great I got a few. I'm still waiting for my second dog bed. They didn't process but first one about a week ago so I had to call and find out what was going on. They placed a replacement order two days ago and I still doing have any update on shipping. Customer service is horrible. You have to hold on the phone for half an hour.
