I'm very frustrated with their non-existent customer service. I ordered a 24x60 runner in charcoal gray on Jan. 18. It finally arrived on Jan. 29 and it is the wrong color. I ordered charcoal gray and they sent a dark brown color. I emailed and received no response. I reached out via Facebook and got no response. I've called the customer service phone number multiple times, to listen to music and the occasional "please stay on the line" message, only to have the call end with no one ever coming on the line. I'm extremely frustrated, you cannot reach this company!

My dogs were always bringing in mud or dirt. I don't have that problem now. I love them. My daughter just bought some too.

When I contacted Muddy Mats to see where my order wss they responded quickly once I received them.I loved them I brought three I.placed one in the kitchen and one in my bathroom Absolutely live them well worth the money zi.paid for them. great purchase

It works great. Soft to walk on. Soaks up water and mud. Fresh poop cleans up easily, without leaving anything. Washes in the washing machine. My dogs like walking on it. I put one under their water bowl. It soaks up any splashes. All in all great

I rarely find a product that exceeds expectations, but Muddy Mats is one of those few! We are full-time RV's with 3 Boston Terriers, Muddy Mat solved the dirty paws problem. I've tried a lot of other rugs and mats, nothing comes close to Muddy Mat's.

Fantastic mats. But all goes wrong when you wash them. Instructions say wash and dry on low heat. Which i did. But the non slip mat melted and made the whole mat mis-shaped and looking terrible. Customer service very very slow and eventually got back to me to say my 8 week warranty has expired . I bought them end of October 2024. So they can't helped. But I washed them once and now cannot use them. That's over £70 down the drain. They won't help me. What a disgraceful company and customer service. Stay clear. 9.2.25: update : muddy mat have been i contact and agreed to replace the mats.which is fantastic news and Glad they were able to rectify this situation.

They work. They do not slip and slide. They catch the water from snow, rain, muddy pet feet and human feet. Love them.

The shipping took forever, when I reached out never got response until my order shipped. Doesn't help with the mud I still have dog prints on my floor. I will say it does help with loose dirt and dust. Not as good as everyone says and advertise.
