This company should be making them in the USA not China.

Online experience SUCKED. I was excited to order 1 runner in beige. After ordering there are a series of follow up asks. I thought I maneuvered through it but ended up I was charged for 3 more rugs in gray that I didn’t want. Reached out to the company immediately - no responses. 2 more follow ups. Nothing. I should have know better than order from a link on Facebook.

Ordered a muddy mat on January 13th. Per customer service tracking, a label to ship was created on January 15th. Today is January 31st and it’s STILL sitting in CA waiting on FedEx to pick it up. But all I get is an email from Muddy Mat saying they will refund the $14.99 shipping and give me a $50 gift card! Really? Thanks but how about figuring out why FedEx hasn’t picked it up and change carriers?! I can get stuff from Amazon & Walmart the same day or next day. Obviously the Muddy Mat company executives need to get some advice from them. All I can hope is that IF we ever get the mat, that it’s as good as they claim.

ZERO stars! Ordered on 1/ 23. Order is still sitting in Ca. I have called twice and they said that it would be expedited. Then told I would have a shipping day in 2 days. Also told that it will take 10 days to be delivered. So that is 19 days. I would be very careful with this company. They also added items that were free but added shipping charges to items. Had those removed when I received my confirmation. Dropped my bill 30.00. I could order through Amazon and have delivery in 4-6 days. But this is a company I do not want to support. 10% restock fee, and I pay shipping back!!!

I have been waiting for my Buy two get one FREE since December 19th! They actually apologized and SUPPOSEDLY expedited reshipping only for the new order to be sitting in California for a week! I wouldn’t know if they really work because I have yet to receive them.

I came here to see if they are a real company. Still haven’t received my order. The company will not respond either. I ordered 3 mats if I actually receive my order I will come back here and change my review. Good luck!

I’ve been a happy customer for years with Muddy Mats, but purchased 3 new mats for the holidays & after one wash, the liner has separated. I contacted company, but did not receive any response. Quality is a concern!
