I have had the best experience with MuddyMats than I ever have had anywhere else. On Jan.3rd I ordered 3 of the mat's and sad to say they were not delivered to me but to someone else.. After calling FedEx to find them was a waste of time. I called Muddy mats and explained what happened and they immediately did a reorder for me without any trouble at all and I finally had my 3 rugs. This reorder was done on the 21st of Jan. and I received the order on the 31st. These arrived via the US Post office with no problems. I ordered a mat back in beginning of January. It arrived in ok time but wasn't suitable. Unable to return as they do not reply to my emails. Very frustrating and will not be ordering again. I am left with a mat I don't want due to bad communication. Very disappointed. Be aware in case you need to return.

These mats are made with great quality and have saved me a great deal of time cleaning my wood floors, especially during rainy days. They come in gorgeous colors to give your home a great look. They are very durable and don’t fade after washing. I’m a very happy customer.

The Mat was great but the buy Two and get one free did not happen. I was charged for 4. Tried contacting and could not get through. My bill includes shipping was $166.00. Crazy

These rugs catch so much dirt and lock it in to keep the rest of my home much cleaner. I used to have three dogs at the same time, two of which were German Shepherds that belong to my daughter that would constantly track dirt in the house. Once the muddy mats were in place, my work was GREATLY reduced. Also, they look and feel great.

They are a well put together rug ,which does take Alot of mess off your hands. The dogs come in from winter or wet weather and are able to leave the wet or dirty feet on the rug and not in my house on furniture or floors. Heavy enough they don't slide all over as well! Love the rugs!

I don’t have three quarters of the outside coming inside anymore

These mats have been a game changer for us!! We have two dogs and when they come in the house these mats help keep out floor cleaner which means less mopping for me!! Thank you so much for making a product that lives up to the ads.
