Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

I purchased 3 of these mats; one for outside my back door, one for inside the back door (my primary entrance so there's more muck to take off) and one for my front door. The ones at the back take the brunt of the abuse. But, i can see how much cleaner my floor past the inside mats so I can see how a lot of the schmutz that would have made it into my house is no longer getting there. I would buy again.

I ordered and they were to ship within 3 days. After 2 days I received tracking information. I checked every day and the tracking app said "awaiting package from shipper". After 2 weeks I contacted them. Then again. Then again. I got several canned responses that basically said nothing. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back. I would NEVER recommend this company. UPDATE: While I'm not changing my review or my rating, I wanted to update this. I filed a dispute with my bank and had then them dispute for me. Ultimately I received my money back. BUT yesterday I received the mats that I ordered. They were sent long after the dispute was filed but they were sent. The reason I'm not changing my review is that the company lied over and over before giving me an answer.

Didnt ship until I called/emailed them. Did not acknowledge these emails until the package was delivered weeks later. Color is not even close to what is described. Being a royal pain and taking big loss on return/exchange.

I have two large dogs and watch my daughter’s dog frequently. With all three dogs in and out of the house and a muddy backyard, the muddy mat really helps keep the mud contained!

I love my muddymats! Being retired and living deep in the forest where we get 12 feet of snow each year they have been a game changer! I have one at each entrance to my home, in mud/laundry room, each bathroom and under the dogs water bowl! They keep the snow, water, mud & dirt from being tracked all over my home! Which makes cleaning much easier for this old lady!

I have 3 of these, it's the smartest thing I've bought. They really work just as they say. However, be careful when you pick it up to clean floors or rugs. Everything that is not on your floor IS in the rug. I would suggest shaking the rug outside before cleaning.

Love this rug! Easy to clean, catches all dirt as my dog comes in from the outside.

My purchase of 2 24x36 muddy mats has been extremely disappointing. I purchased them directly from Muddy Mat. First they are very expensive even using a promotion. Second they just don’t hold up. I followed the care instructions exactly and never put my mats in the dryer but always let them air dry. The backing which is what should be the best part of the rug is shredded on both rugs. I wish I could post pictures to show how poorly made they are. I can only use them if I have another rug or towel underneath. I would NOT recommend or ever purchase these again.
