Ordered on 11/10/2025, Their website says orders will be processed in 48 hrs, and will ship and deliver within 5-15 days called on 11/19 2025 asking where my order was. Was told it was waiting on a carrier to pick up shipment, and would be shipped within 48 hours. Today is 12/1/2025 and it still has not shipped. Was supposed to receive 3 free items as i checked out biased on the amount of money that i spent. 2 items were out of stock. Placed order anyway. Checked online still offering same free items that when i questioned about they told me those 2 items were discontinued. Then why are they offering them. Calls go to a call center never got to speak with someone from Muddy Mat, even though they put in a request both times

Ordered 35 x60 about 5 months ago, I have only washed 2 or 3 times and the backing is already ripping In several places, long rips, I expected better quality for the price!

I tried to order their beds at least 8 times over the Black Friday weekend. I got different pricing as well as different "deals" several times, often in the same day, depending on where I saw the sale ads. When I tried to order, after tediously entering all of my information each time, at checkout the order was denied every time with "Could not authenticate credentials". Didn't matter if I was on my PC or my cell, or what CC I tried to use. ( and yes, my cards are good) No answer at customer service, several times the call "failed" or I got a recording stating business hours ( and apparently they were not open over the holidays.) I have bought these beds in the past and really liked them despite their rather steep price, but I have now come to conclusion that anytime they offer a deal on line, it's scam, Of course if you look at them on Amazon, where you have consumer protections, they are not on 70% off, they are %15 off. Muddy mat needs to get control of the scammers using their names, and until they do I will not be buying anything sold under their brand. And I would recommend that nobody else does either

About 5 months ago I ordered about 6 muddy mats during a sale in two different sizes and in the grey and beige colors. I was hoping I’d like them, so I stepped out in faith and ordered. I think it took 2-3 weeks for delivery. I have had them at the front and back doors and in both bathrooms and they did not disappoint me! Washing them was easy and usually I just hang them to dry in the sun or on rainy days, I pop them in the dryer. I’ve told friends about them as well. If you have family members who routinely track dirt or sand into the house or don’t wipe their wet shoes on the outside mat, the inside mats catch that. These mats are amazing. I have 5 now. And bought for family for Christmas. Great taking the wet rainfall off of everyone's shoes, snd drying off puppy feet. Even the snow. I shake mine out in the summer. Unbelievable how debre they gather. These are the best.

They interact with customers on FB, GREAT customer service on the phone and an EXCELLENT product that does EXACTLY what it says it will. I have 4 Siberian huskies and I have a few of the 4x6 ft mats in different colors. They last a very long time before I need to run it thru my washing machine. If your washing machine has an agitator in the center, it may not wash great because of the size. Mine are larger and I don’t have an agitator but if you do, smaller matts wash just fine and larger ones will do great at the laundromat to wash and dry.

We have 2 labs and we used to have to have them set and wipe their feet when they came in but after I purchased this rug we have not had to do that. We open the door and they come right in and their feet are not muddy or have anything on them. We purchased the big rug and we have been 100% happy with it. So go, no run fast and get you one. You will not regret it.

Absolutely wonderful product! These things are saving my hardwood floors! With four kids, three cats and two large dogs (plus a husband 😆) they have been a huge help keeping the floors clean and really trapping all the extra "goodies" the dogs bring in from the yard. One of the best qualities is you can wash them over and over and the backing holds up and they stay comfy and fluffy as new! Highly recommend them!
